ITAD & MSP Partnership FAQ
D-Secure Drive Eraser supports HDDs, SATA SSDs and NVMe drives. It runs from a bootable x64 ISO on UEFI systems, including those with Secure Boot enabled, and can erase 100+ drives simultaneously from a single machine, depending on hardware. ARM64 and 32-bit x86 builds are coming soon.
Yes. Every erasure produces a signed PDF and JSON report, collected in the report repository of the admin console, ready to import into ITAD management platforms, ERP systems and inventory tools. D-Secure has no public API, but API integration is available on request: our team builds a custom API when you need these reports to flow into your system automatically. We also support barcode scanner integration.
MSP partners can choose from per-use licensing (pay per erasure), monthly subscription models, or annual volume commitments. All models include price lock guarantees during the contract term. Your dedicated partner manager helps you select the model that best aligns with your service delivery structure.
